All of the major ticket retailers have newsletters which they send out weekly detailing what is going onsale in that week. As festival tickets sometimes go onsale at odd times of the day, you can get the info in advance by signing up to these newsletters. It might be a good idea to setup a separate email address with hotmail (other web based email services are available), just so you can keep the emails under control.
