Buying Festival Tickets Guide

This is quite important. Tickets for festivals will always go back on sale at some point this is mainly because the festival is always given permission to run with a certain capacity pending fire and safety checks on the site. About a month before when they carry out these capacity/fire/sefety checks, and finalise th layout of the stages they get the final allowed capacity. This is when the rest of the tickets go onsale, so you should bookmark the pages on the websites listed above and check back regularly (if you’r eon the computer anyway, a click on the bookmarked page isn’t any effort). Last year EVERY major festival that sold out put extra tickets back onsale on at least one occasion. The V festival actually upped their capacity by an extra 30,000 after it had initially sold out – people who had bought tickets off ebay were gutted!
